Progressive Mixed-Use

We were given the pleasure of reimagining a property in Lima’s central business district. A 15,000 s.f. three-story structure is the centerpiece, with 2 small single-story buildings in the back, all of which surround a unique enclosed abandoned parking lot.

Below is a series of pictures of the property in its current state, next to our renderings of what it will become. The “UniCent” building will be an attractive, energetic hub of professional activity, leisure and collaboration. It will feature a coffee shop, bakery, book store, workspace, and an amazing urban green space. This is the anchor to “The Central District.”
