Abby’s skills range from complex building code analysis to artistic architectural renderings. Her pleasant nature puts clients at ease when working through the design sequence. She’s rather soft-spoken but her creative vision and approach to the design process are clever and bold. We think she’s a tremendous talent and stands out as one of the industry’s leading young Architects.

Nicole Wise AIA

Nicole was born and raised in a small rural town; her father is a small business owner in the construction industry. Her college education and professional formation was in Chicago, famed for its world renown architecture. This tremendous combination has shaped Nicole as an architect, designer and more importantly the charismatic, genial professional she is. She elevates our team and always has our client’s best interest in mind.

Jeff Krouse

At heart, Jeff is a teacher who has a passion for creating places that have a positive impact on the human experience and a better built environment. His witty outgoing nature makes him an effective communicator bringing energy and enthusiasm to the client experience. His background in the themed entertainment industry, offers a unique worldview to design solutions. He is the founder of our studio culture and manages the health and growth of the team. Jeff enjoys mixed media and utilizing various forms of visual thinking to guide clients through the design process.

Joe Hermiller P.E.

Joe is our most experienced technical thinker who enjoys the collaborative process and passes on his knowledge by coaching the team through the technical aspects of a building’s components. His gentle way makes it more enjoyable to work through the tedious details of plumbing, heating and electrical specifications. He enjoys spending fair weather weekends aboard his boat on Lake Erie, and occasionally you’ll find him working there!

Andrew Schroeder

Andrew is the company boy scout. He’s resourceful, focused and mindful of the details. Growing up on a farm engrained various life skills and a work ethic that made him into a technical specialist and key player in quality control. His easy-going demeanor and laser focus make him invaluable to his colleagues, clients and the work flow of every project.

Grant Zeller E.I.T.

Polite, professional, punctual are a few traits that come to mind when describing Grant. He’s quiet, but calculating and very mindful of the details. He’s an engineer by trade with a creative side. He strides into the office every morning in his signature Chuck Taylor Converse with a smile on his face ready take on whatever the day has in store. His positive spirit and keen intellect make him a very valuable asset to our team and clients.

Melanie brings an enthusiastic creative spirit to the team and offers a patient helping hand when guiding clients. She excels at pushing for design solutions that give a project that certain something that makes it special for our clients. According to her, this is her dream job, and we’re happy she’s able to live out that dream as part of our team.
