Design

Tell us your goals, and we’ll convert them to tangible floor plans and renderings (pictures) that forecast the function and appearance of a new or renovated building. Site planning is equally critical at this phase of the sequence.

Interior Design & Space Planning

The details matter. Our team can serve you by selecting finishes to complete the vision for a new or renovated space. Flooring, casework, light fixtures, stair details, and branded elements are an extension of the architecture; we can help you pull it all together.

 

Visualization

Our group strongly believes in visual thinking to guide our clients through the design process. We utilize a variety of techniques from artistic hand sketches to building design technology and photo-real imagery to predict what your building will look like when complete.


Construction Details & Code Compliance

Once a clear vision and design direction is in place, our group meticulously works through the technical details for construction. Build method and materials are addressed along with electrical, plumbing, and climate control. Code compliance is applied and verified through out the process.


Building Permits

The final step of the design sequence is submitting the drawings to the state building officials. Our construction drawing set is reviewed and stamped by one of our licensed design professionals. We communicate with the building officials until a permit for construction is awarded.
