Our design guiding the renovation into a contemporary commercial building embraces simplicity, warmth, and approachability through a clean modern aesthetic grounded in natural materials and human-scaled proportions. The composition balances crisp horizontal forms with a vertical wood-clad entry element, creating a recognizable identity and welcoming point of arrival. Expansive glazing establishes transparency and connection between interior activity and the surrounding streetscape, while the covered outdoor seating area extends the experience beyond the building envelope and encourages community interaction.
