The Deford Boutique Hotel in Ottawa Ohio offers seven unique rooms and a common gathering space for visitors. Our firm worked with the owners to formulate a vision, generate construction drawings for construction permits and guide the interior finish.
The floor plan features seven guest rooms. The family style suites feature a small living area and kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The studio rooms are a spacious bedroom with private bathroom.
The decor honors Ottawa’s past. Each room centers on a different part of Ottawa’s history and heritage. The lounge is named for one of the building’s original owners “The Beardsley Lounge.”
